Once you've received your label by email, print it, attach it to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest UPS Access Point or UPS location — nothing to pay upfront, as the label cost is deducted from your refund. All returns go back to our warehouse in the Netherlands. We'd recommend keeping proof of postage until your return is fully processed.
