🇪🇺 EU member states: Orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands, so if your delivery address is in an EU member state, your order will arrive with no extra customs or duty charges.

🌍 Non-EU countries: If your delivery address is outside the EU — for example Norway, Switzerland, Iceland or Liechtenstein — customs duties and import taxes will still apply, set by local authorities. These countries sit within the wider European area but aren't EU member states, so it's worth checking with your local customs office before ordering.

A few important notes:

• We're not able to refund customs duties or taxes once they've been collected — if you return an item or think you've been charged incorrectly, you'll need to reclaim this directly through your local customs authority, as we don't have access to these funds.
• If customs fees go unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, we may deduct the associated costs from your refund.
