How do I track my order?

Where will my order ship from?
Orders from our EU store ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands, and all returns go back to the same warehouse. For full detail on customs by country, see "Customs — everything you need to know" below.
Which couriers do you use?
All orders from our EU store are delivered with UPS. We usually offer two shipping methods: UPS Standard and UPS Air, our faster option. Some locations may only have one method available, depending on where you are.
Customs — everything you need to know
EU member states: Orders ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands, so if your delivery address is in an EU member state, your order will arrive with no extra customs or duty charges. Non-EU countries: customs duties and import taxes will apply.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Depending on the courier, you can leave delivery instructions — left without a signature, with a neighbour, in a safe location, or collected from a local point. Someone else at the address can also sign on your behalf. Couriers may leave parcels...
Do you deliver on public holidays and weekends?
Delivery times don't include weekends or public holidays, so we can't promise weekend delivery — though some couriers do work weekends, which can mean an earlier arrival than expected.
VAT invoices
We're not currently able to provide a tax invoice with a full tax breakdown, but we can send a full invoice showing your items, total paid and shipping charges — just contact the team to request one.
